Probably the biggest issue here is not simply the shortage of silicon chips but Audinate's position in the pecking order. Delays in the completion of motor vehicle builds are occurring right across the world due in part to silicon chip supplies and they probably have more clout than AD8. I read an article recently where a motor vehicle manufacturer (I think Toyota but I could be wrong) was placing push button radios in a small range of cars in order to get them out to the public. With that sort of background it's not hard to realize that they have an issue. I need to own more and this may provide the opportunity to do so.
