The company doesn't need to finance franking credits. They are generated from taxes already paid in previous years.
Only the cash component of the dividend needs to be paid.
Nothing to see here.
Medium and long term shareholders of DDR are happy with their performance, and right behind management. WHere else do you get a CEO that doesn't take a salary and achieves double digit growth rates in earnings, profits and dividends.
Stay patient, they are poised for more big things and are well positioned to outperform in the medium term.
