Sentiment at an all time low, the share price at IPO rocketed and has been on a downward trajectory for years since with past 12 months showing signs of flattening out. Has to be close to a bottom, range around here for another 6 months would be fine.

Let them flush, once everyone is out, perfect time to drop news about Navy expanding trials without any overhang to slow it down. Would line up with timelines as stated. Need reliable production / supply in place if any chance of significant contract wins.
