Not sure. I don't really know what makes up the Director Loan accounts. If it is simply drawings then in Australia they would need to be paying interest to avoid a Div 7A event. I'm pretty sure that applies to even the public level. But this is an American company and I simply don't know the rules over there. Some of the reductions related to COGS and pointing this out seems a moot point. Let's see what the half yearly has to say. I'm also starting to think the only way this stock is going to go up significantly, would be some JV style announcement with a big player. But at least they seem to be treading water ok through this crisis.
