You would have to be very very foolish to effectively give credit (Net Zero) to a customer who may not pay because either their business collapses or their customers collapse.

Where I work we have very good customers who have not paid their January accounts because there business was shutdown by COVID

And unlike here in Australia the US business support programs were no where near as generous .
