I understand your concern, however I believe the blue sky potential is more aligned (medically) with 2591 than Trof. For many years now Neuren have been very positive about both these drugs, but IMO even moreso with 2591.
I feel the potential for Trof has been realised, with no other major avenues of treatment to pursue - however the story of 2591 is just beginning - both medically and financially.
