Thanks Kens. Totally agree, as would everyone on this forum, that a straight line calculation that assumes patient growth stalls or goes backwards is not great for revenue projected.
Numbers always tell the story but they can also be misinterpreted and it is an important distinction/clarification that new patients are not dropping out at higher rates/less sticky which is how you’ve (perhaps unintentionally) conveyed your interpretation of the numbers.
