If we review this in a little more detail, Beard is saying that Q3 will reveal the full benefits of the changes. So Q2 had one month of the old costs.
If we extrapolate Q1 costs to a monthly basis, create a 4 month run rate number, subtract from the 6 month number and divide by two then you have the new monthly cost rate. Extrapolate that number and expect a further cashflow improvement of $343K just from operational costs, not product costs. Which would have us at neutral cashflow for Q2.
So operational overheads are now $119 K per month, they were $462k in Q1.
There is not enough detail on GM as this is cashflow, but if we assume with the tight control of cash we can use "product manufacturing and operating costs" as they would be closely following sales. The average GM has been 24%.
So to break even for the month they need $496K in sales, Q2 they were doing $496K per month.
A lot of upside here from many angles, further cost savings, Evolis sales ........
I did have to go over the numbers a few times as it hard to believe how anyone could get themselves into this position. But I have used the 80/20 rule where 80% of your revenue comes from 20% of your customers and adjusted the overheads proportionally with significant positive results.
All companies need dreamers with great innovative ideas, the problem with AN1, they had too many with too much power and not in touch with the bottom line.
Market Cap $3.7M, that will double by Q4 with some bargains once this relists and I suspect a huge number bail out.
This is not advice, it's all my own opinion, I'd welcome anyone's view on their take of the numbers.
