    Sounded like spin to me....post justification excuses for not being able to meet $38m revenue target....

    Fact operating revenue was down in quarter is of concern...ie business model still evolving....China growth story attractive...whether they can make it work is another thing...

    .....Get a strategic investor on board first step...
