@elzephyrus but really don't think you are quite thinking BIG enough just yet.
Let's just say that BIG make a very conservative NPAT of $35m for the 2017/2018 FY (that's taking into account the deferred revenue from the Australian market for both the 16/17 and 17/18 FY's)
So trading on a PE of 40 imho is too conservative given a number of factors to consider for the company moving forward.
1. Management have quite clearly stated that revenue generated at this point in time is from pillar 1, so no pillar 2 & 3 revenue at this current point in time, however management have flagged that these will be significant moving forward in the next 12 months;
2. The company has only just started in both the Australian and US markets with the company only just starting to see the ''networking affect''; and
3. The US market is much larger than what most people are aware. All companies whether large or a SMEs in the US are early adopters of new and game changing technologies.
So going back to a PE of 40 on $35m for the 2017/2018 FY the SP would look like roughly the below figures.
Eps - 0.21c
SP $8.40
However, as identified above with the relevant points already highlighted by management what is not to say that we couldn't be trading off a PE of 80 or even much higher.
Eps - 0.21c
SP = $16.80
Sorry about the long post but after all the rubbish posted today by the negative nellies ('wolves') I felt like someone had to stand up and show what potentially could be just around the corner if people think BIG imho.
