fair call, it's definitely not a deal breaker, just an annoyance as it's a little obfuscating, I'd love the extra transparency to keep things a bit more honest and as importantly save me some time trying to reverse engineer everything to make sense of it... totally agree if they're delivering or exceeding on guidance then would totally not care, but as you say they're more typically at lower end.
I also have a memory of them regularly having a fairly large backlog to deal with (though haven't checked enough lately on AVA to be confident on that), guess it's just the nature of getting lumpy orders and not oversizing your production supply chain. not sure.
