Not to mention they have the ability to scale back the cash burn through reducing marketing (they showed this through COVID). The current cash burn is at their discretion, they aren't some pharma company dependant on FDA approval or mining company waiting to hit the jackpot. Cash burn will be high while new states legalise to obtain market share, once those states calm down they marketing expense can be reduced and focused toward the next state to legalise.
Not to mention they have the ability to scale back the cash burn...
