Manta is a long way off (if at all) ... I would not give it a second thought at this time ... at that development plan hasn't even been planned ... and Manta is a "different product" ... it won't be processed in the same stream (may not even go via OGP).
Listen to the conf call recording when it comes out ... look longer term (so right now 2-3 years) with what happens with gas and GSAs.
Also the Reserves haven't gone away ... the cash from developing them has been "slowed" (was going to say retarded) temporarily.
