Maybe the 'wind upgrade' is simply because they're planning additional wind turbines to maximize the use of the transmission line the QLD gov is co-funding? Remember the OG plan used to be Solar Phase 1 plus Pumped Hydro plus Solar Phase 2 plus Wind. Now that new solar is less favourable then new wind they can increase investment in wind capacity knowing that there's spare capacity in that transmission line.
It has been a while since I had a good feeling left in me after a GNX call, but this time the feeling was good and I bought some shares at 17.5-18c
