The operating leverage is extremely tricky though.
I get roughly $20m in expenses and $7m gross margin.
If they can breakeven at say $30m that's still 4.3x gross margin which will take many more years (of cash burn).
I came to the conclusion they'd be better off acquired by a major who can fund them through to that point.
