What number (revenue) is the turning point for profit.. they're losing money everytime they sell something.. what's the point of that?
surely there must be a break even point, but will those sales figures be sustainable or even achievable..
cost of goods is way too high.. they should be making at least 15% gross margin, looking towards 30%.
Staff and other costs seem to be ok..
that cost of goods mozza ball is way too big for current sales numbers ..
