I suspected that a certain % of the $5.2m cash receipts mentioned in the 4C report were going to be "normal January receipts".

So on that basis (adding back the $2.6m that were late payments in this quarter), ALC's Nett Cash Outflows for the first half of 22/23 reduce down to approximately $2.355m (down from the $4.955m in todays report).

And with the ALC cash receipts in the next quarter (Jan to March 2023) potentially being strong.

But the comments in this thread saying that that this quarter was "actually cash flow positive" (if you include the whole $5.2m) are definitely off the mark.
