ALC is very well placed. Lots of traders making short term decisions. The short term decisions of the traders will get swamped in the longer term by the underlying fundamentals of this business. Its rapidly growing its revenue base and the majority of it is recurring revenue. Its cost base is increasing at a much slower rate and its margin is improving with each new sale. It is gaining financial momentum - its financial performance will begin to accelerate like a wheel gaining momentum as it rolls downhill.

It now has a clear track record of consistently increasing its sales. Its margins and cashflows are increasing with every sale. It has products that are sold to very reliable customers. It has products with global application and so there is massive upside in the longer term.

Not sure how long before someone steps in to capture the upside. Lets hope its not too early so we dont miss out on a lot of the upside.

Significant re rate at confirmation for positive CF, the market could see this happen well before the FY.
