You'd have thought the bounce in NASDAQ over the past week or so would light a bigger fire under ZIP following this announcement. Perhaps traders have been played one too many times with the old pump & dumps.
However, on a more detailed read, this announcement has some merit. Perhaps there is a business in there after all and the true believers will be rewarded......
