Getting costs under control by getting some of the heads out the trough - good bit - not sure that Kate spending more time in UK is as good as it seems - she has plenty of spinning plates to manage back in Oz - sure a visit or two to re-assure the troops and press the flesh but I still think you need to get a dynamic head of sales/MD appointed in UK and pay the necessary to get results.
