I do think you are on the money, problem being some people are so burnt by ALC that there is little confidence to take a punt again. Contracts is the only way they can get this going again, I hope what Kate explained becomes an actual reality. If it does, than it will turn , a big 3 to 6 months ahead. Takeover target in 2024, GLTAH.
