I think you are doing it the right way. I'm happy to buy back in when/if things genuinely turn around. I don't really care whether or not insiders are buying, they have been buying the whole way down as the SP has cratered. They are certainly not a reliable read through on business performance, imo.
That chart looks scary. Charts like that don't start going in the opposite direction without first treading water for a while.
