Appen is not a SaaS it prepares order like any engineering company that prepares orders.
That business unit was built three months ago - ig you are looking for SaaS check back in 12 months to see how it is performing as it depends on early adopters in Enterprise where Appen's main revenue by the sounds of it comes from China and model builders.
Don't be lazy and DYOR.
