I found that Jill was clearly nervous but got through it well enough. The fact that she called on Emma to help her out when she needed it shows she is honest and not afraid to utilise the knowledge and experience that others in the company have. No issue with that at all. She doesn’t have to be perfect in every way. I would rather she makes sure the questions are answered accurately than pretend she knows and makes stuff up. She was humble enough to seek help.
On another note, isn’t Emma bloody fantastic, we need to make sure she is well looked after as she is clearly an asset to Strike. Have been impressed by her over a number of these presentations.
Jill did say the SP should be at least double where it is and that’s a clear target of the SR.
I feel there will be a few rabbits coming out of the hat in the coming weeks to boost our value.
