    market needs to see money in the bank for share price to increase. it's a balance between increasing production , which is occurring , and generating FCF. both are underway and in time market will see the value. get
    over china lockdowns and SPR , $100 + oil and discount to value will narrow.

    or punters can back an explorer and hope for the best.
