market needs to see money in the bank for share price to increase.
I think there is a bit more to it than just seeing money in the bank
Elsewhere [TEG] you blame management for low SP. They have $$$ in the bank [$13.4m cash as at 30/6/22] + revenue coming from sale of oil + GAS shares yet the SP languishes at 1.2cents
I know maybe not comparing apples with apples but to not attribute some blame / responsibility on management at CE1 seems IMHO a bit wrong.
