    buyback is stopped from legal advice, related to no buyback in run up to results and div

    this is consistent with bsl and whc, who also pause buyback in 6-8 wk runup to results twice a year

    as per ce1 videos buyback is still on, just paused, and will come back hard post results/div

    i understand we just have a seller exiting and almost done
