The tailwinds will be maintained by the amount on new houses already on the books to be built, sick people taking advantage of you’ve got COVID stay at home and spend why cashing some free sick leave, jobs movement / availability either through treat myself with new gadget for my career change or I’m moving, let’s ldump this old stuff and get new shiny ones. This coupled with the still 1 - 2 years of reluctance to head to Bali or Thailand until the Rona is truely under control.
If China stop buy Iron Ore and other minerals yes the winds stopped blowing for spending, but I wouldn’t write off JBH until higher level economic wobbles begin to changes / happen.
IMO the mighty black and gold for another strong year…..JBH to increase volumes (& hopefully margins). Also Richmond tigers will win another flag.
