Hey Mr Lumin I was just checking out Xylem in the States who are on a PE circa 58. MC is 19 billion. They are taking over Evoqua for 7.5 billion. EVS is doing a POC for Evoqua so presumably they are very interested in EVS Sewex technology and looking to apply it in the water assets they are managing. These are pretty big companies operating in the water sector so I guess I am quietly confident that EVS are going to break into the water market at some stage in a significant way moving forwards. It’s not happening at the rate most retails want it to happen at but perhaps that’s why bigger players like Ellerston capital get themselves involved because they see the future and get in early capitalising on retails impatience that choose to sell out. BTW I bought 200 000 more on Monday. Xylem seems to make plenty of money, pays a decent dividend and has plenty of employees. In addition to being attractive to other water companies in a potential TO at some stage down the track EVS also has OMNIS and the aviation sector.
