Q1 ARR of $48.6m with $1.7m arr added.
Q2 ARR of $49m with $1.8m arr added.
So that's year to date new ARR of $3.5m but real growth of $0.4m for the quarter.
Explanation suggests further discounts to aviation sector (I thought these had been pulled back? But perhaps just the tail end of impact), FX movements and churn. Would be good if these currency variations were reported quarter by quarter for comparison.
I'd say the company is still in a bit of a transition phase. The snowball is about to get rolling but Jason is tidying up the leadership team and sales staff first. Plenty of leads and these need to be capitalised on in 2H FY22. Should really be hitting $10m+ ARR growth for the full FY22. Need to get skates on from here.
Will be ups and downs in share price from here but I'm expecting 2022 to be a company making year.
