    Hi chippydude,

    I agree with what you are saying. What alarms me ATM is the latest update of sales down around 5%.

    Last year discounts were in place early and this year they seem to be cutting prices in retail earlier overall

    I'd say this can be attributable to less spending overall in retail. People are spending less due to the costs of living I think.

    In saying that, who knows where a bottom can be placed in the sp going off emotion of investors
