Most of the assets on the balance sheet are goodwill. In the event of a collapse, that is worth nothing. Inventory, as well, is matched by a debt of the same size. The company is nowhere near as safe as you think it is. It is not trading at 2x asset value. It is trading, I would imagine, at around 10x forecast earnings.
