Market cap is 599 million.
Enterprise value (what someone will have to pay to buy the whole thing) is 1.374 billion (includes all liabilities minus cash).
That is no bargain!
Even for Solomon Lew, who owns 10% already.
I doubt his investors want to see the ROE driven by Smiggle get diluted by Myer!
I am neither long or short this company.
