Christos whilst some of your points are correct some are also complete rubbish. I.e you state "anecdotal evidence" that the stores are empty.... rubbish...i work on Bourke in the CBD and it is almost everyday completely chockers...
Additionally despite repeated attempts to explain the investment thesis to you you refuse to acknowledge there are alternative views to your own.
