There is things for every age and type that could be put in store for sale that would drag in foot traffic like flies on sheit, but as Ive said before the Company isnt about building up the Business right now.

They are trying to cut costs out , so once they do that a bit more there should be some good changes happening to attract foot traffic.

The USA is pumping along with retail booming along, Australia will catch up in due Course.

There wont be any rate rises here in the next 3 years, and the lower margins the lenders take will keep the offered rates low for 5 - 10 years plus so no risk of that rising except on mabe Commercial loans.

Tax Cuts here are a given now, and thats a forward boost to retail so the pump hasnt started here yet.

We are at Lows in our Cycle, our low rates havnt kicked positives through the economy yet and they will.

We have super low rates and Tax cuts on the way, that means Retail is on its lows now with stronger times ahead.

Commods building up in price and that flows into our Trade Surplus as well as Tax revenue for Government.
