I doubt that the Myer Board hasnt noticed how Kogan has generated Growth Verticals online.

Mabe Myer is closing stores it believes have low potential for Growth, regardless if they were running profitably or not.

By Comparison K-Mart vs Target, both under same ownership group plan to switch many Target stores to Kmart layout and stock inc .

At Malls that have both a Kmart and Target, the Target is a pointless Business because Kmart has better prices and better Variety.

The Last few Dividends of MYR, the SP ran down to the ex-date, then snapped up after or on the ex-date.

At this level and likely 50c before the ex date, Another snap up is likely after the dividend.

Myer would haveto start looking attractive to take over at this Market cap 500m

David Jones was bought for 2.1 Billion. They have written down their good will non tangibles by 700m, = 1.4 billion

So MYR currently with non tangible good will at 1 billion is still comparable.
