Cutting the dividend may be a good move for MYR.

As it would retain 37 Million in Cash per year approx.

That could go towards optimising the online set up as well as creating some attractive and attracting features and Stocklines that would bring in the foot traffic.

HVN does this by putting an item on sale at cost, and the flow of traffic finds other things to buy.

Putting a Blanket 30% off is a bit silly, better to have 60% off on some items that are high traffic producing.

And put a whole bunch of other appealing items right next to the sale items.

Alot of what Myer is doing wrong is pretty simple stuff.

Retail is like shooting fish in a barrel if the right stock at the right price is displayed.

Myer just arnt doing it as well as the people want , things could improve but clearly some retail experts are needed .
