Id like to see more savings on the admin side, Id expect possibly some more savings in the next year as well.

7 Million savings in admin, is in some way equivalent to 10% of the 70m net profit (pre implement costs)

6% fall in sales, but partly offset by admin costs boosting net profit 10% , (ie 7m = 10% of 70m approx net profit pre costs)

At some point in the next year or 2 or so, there could be a half or full year that has a rise in total net profit off a low base.

By admin cost reductions and growth in online sales looking like being probable in the future.

Timeline for this possibly 2 years, and By then I would think some possible tax relief for middle income kicking in as well.

Agree - plenty of room to save money and increase efficiencies across the whole of MYR. i personally would love to buy the whole of MYR if i could. Seems like you could turn it around and get it growing again with some fresh thinking
