A new CEO and CFO etc should be good if the Funds like the appointments.
IMO a few clever people may not have wanted the Gig when Umbers took the Job, because they may not have wanted to preside over a declining Business.
But where its at now, there may be some that would happily take the reins as its easier to boost up a 500m company than a 1.5m company out of date.
At the levels its at now, small gains reflect as large % improvements.
Assuming of course that we do get some good appointments and things do improve from here.
