Some of retail is a dinosaur. The reality is MYR has too many stores that make nothing and some decent landmark stores. This share could go either way from here if they manage to get a good deal on closing their unfavourable leases and smarten up their act. Given how slow Richard Umbers has been I don't think he's capable of it. Lew would have a good idea given his track record and he'd probably know which areas work best for MYR.
MYR won't go bankrupt but shareholders can still lose value from here.
