WD might be having production issues, currently had 3TB HD purple from WD stop working in 3 - 6 months. Used to get around 2- 5 years.
last count ive had 12 fails in 6 months.
my point is 4ds holders shouldnt get to excited about WD, there best days might be behind them from the products not been what they used to be.
