Have the partnerships been announced, are they the partnerships they said they would achieve?
There is no word of other partnerships in the "Looking Ahead" statement, in fact the looking ahead is actually what they have already achieved.
Oversubscribed SPP = SP devaluation.
Early testing of 28nm yielding promise = not achieved yet.
"Discussions have been taking place with other industry participants" = not partners
"Remains on track to complete its major process optimisation phase" = great but hardly news.
