These vids are talking about CPU's & transistors!
Weebit ReRam is memory & doesn't use transistors! It's resistor based!
The quantum problem may still be an issue, but at smaller sizes than transistors eg 1-2nm, just guessing, it was mentioned somewhere in a Corby interview I think.
