Good on you for starting this debate Khoutam, I've just learnt a heap of stuff too.
To add my 2 bob's worth, and the reason I'm on team Weebit, is because my money would be on graphene to be silicon's replacement. I go with the argument that rare-earth's are costly - they are also an environmental catastrophe. https://www.theguardian.com/sustainable-business/rare-earth-mining-china-social-environmental-costs. Hopefully refining processes are improving. I also believe that graphene is still a ways off, due to r&d and fab issues.
