I too share your concerns about Fred Bart. He was quoted as saying Audiopixels is the only revolutionary company on the ASX. Did he forget that he was a director of WBT at the time he made that statement? I think the only reason that he is there is for the requirement to have at least one Australian resident director. For me he brings nothing to the company, the sooner he is gone the better. Audiopixels is the biggest joke on the ASX.
Coby if you need an Australian based director who will bring nothing to the company apart from meeting residency rules I’ll do it in exchange for director shares, I might even message the company and let them know I’m available, at least my name is good.
