Only the companies that can mass produce their ReRam chips with a competitive price will be successful (look what happened to Panasonic, Fujitsu, Adesto, Crossbar, etc). About Sony, they don't want to disclosure which metals oxide they use. At the moment they have problems with the ReRAM controller, power consumption and the thermal issues. Is it another Panasonic story (overconfidence). Let's wait and see.
