Wbt is the only stock I own based on confidence in directors. My concern is why in a billion dollar industry with top execs is WBT not able to raise a lazy $10m and put all the CR’s to bed. Forecasting $40k/month on R&D and $100k/month on staff, doesn’t seem to be a good ratio for an R&D company unless the R&D item is consultants? Either way $140k/month assuming they are combined would only be 10 people max. If a sophisticated invested believes in the technology paying 50cents a share or $1 a share for a $10m injection to cement the balance sheet is going minimal when WBT is producing hundreds of millions in revenues from production. If WBT is a flop they loose these same $10m regardless of whether it’s 10m or 20m shares. I can’t see WBT doing on market CR so when is the new investor being found, clock is ticking I’m sure the high exec board will not want to reduce spending or run the risk of trading while insolvent, but may jag a grant of a few million to extend another 6months
