If we can do it without a CR it is far better for us as it stops dilution. One way of raising capital is pre-sales to the clients based on performance in the pre-fab development.
If the client is happy with development works there could be staged payments arranged to us.
I would rather see the holders small and tight with larger dividends than a lot of of leaches sucking up the shares and diluting the dividends.
Be nice to see a loyalty dividend to LTH's.
