    The pensions issue adds a lot of uncertainty to the situation. My belief is that the company is adequately financed from cash flows and the liability is only due to interest rates being at record lows. Deal is taking longer than I had hoped but my analysis indicates that in two or three years shareholders will be rewarded for their patience
