I have been in from the IPO and having worked in this industry for 30+ years, I would emphasize that this is a long term stock.
The pipeline is strong, however approvals take time (how long is a piece of string?).
3M, a set back but by no means unexpected given the turmoil created with the acquisition and subsequent integration of two sales and marketing teams but they are now through it and should have a settled, focused sales team.
Management is vastly experienced and have my full confidence.
